Gaspare (Rino) Accordo
With over thirty years of experience in the practice of Architecture, his involvement spans all aspects of the theory, practice and principles of architecture. His experience includes a variety of project types such as Educational, Municipal, Corporate, Recreational, Religious and Housing markets. Program development, facility evaluation studies, consultant evaluation, and development of project schedules, including construction and cost estimates paired with his design ability and leadership with client and staff management skills are an integral part of his repertoire.
Mr. Accordo attended Monroe Community College in Rochester, NY where he received his Associate in Science of Liberal Arts in 1978, and State University of New York at Buffalo where he earned his Bachelor of Professional Studies in Architecture in 1982, and his Master of Architecture in 1984. He is a former Adjunct Professor of Architectural Drawing at RIT (Rochester Institute of Technology) in Rochester, NY.
Mr. Accordo is a member of the American Institute of Architects, and holds a National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) Certification and the Basic Code Enforcement Certificate earned in 1991. He currently holds professional registrations as an Architect in Alabama, California, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vermont, and West Virginia.
