In 2019, APD began providing construction layout services. Since then, APD has developed a complete, high-tech, Survey Department, complete with a licensed Commercial Drone Pilot / FAA certified sUAS 107 remote pilot.

APD provides many types of surveying to include: Boundary & Topographic Survey, ALTA NSPS Land Title Survey, DOT Highway Survey, Subdivision Survey, Utility Survey, Construction Layout survey, As-built Survey, Instrument Survey, Easements Descriptions & Maps, New Parcel Description & Maps, Building Scanning Services, ADA Compliance Survey, FEMA Elevation Certificates and LOMA’s, Earthwork and Material Pile Survey, Title Work, Pictometry Services, and Drone Surveying. APD uses state-of-the-art equipment and software in both the field and the office to provide the most detailed surveys available. he software used assists with geomatic computations, basemapping, volumes of earthwork, hydrology reports, as-built analysis, and construction layout.
