We've worked with APD Engineering & Architecture for several years and, based on our professional association over the past several years, we can say that we have had nothing but exceptionally fine dealings with APD.

Deadlines are almost always met, the quality of their work is very good and within budget; the times we had re­quested changes, they were carried out quickly and professionally. The few change orders incurred during construction are usually due to changes driven by our corporate office.

We are currently working with APD and are involved with several projects that take advantage of APD's Civil Engineering as well as Architectural Services, their management staff is very attentive to our needs and prompt in rendering their services.

We have worked with APD Engineering & Architecture for many years. They have, from conception to completion, helped us safely design and engineer Pizza Hut, Pizza Hut /Wing Street, Taco Bell and Taco Bell/KFC Restaurants throughout Western and Central N.Y. State.

The high level of ability, communication and professionalism separates APD from their competition.

Our projects have been completed on time and within budget. Our restaurants utilize a large amount of equipment that requires a tremendous amount of specifications for both electrical and mechanical needs. We especially appreciate the "attention to detail" as we deal with very few "field" changes on any of our projects. This fact has saved us time and money.

We are currently working with APD on two new restaurant projects and have future plans to take full advantage of their Engineering and Architecture Services.

We have been working with APD for about 6 months and they’ve been phenomenal. Construction has not yet started on our project, but I would highly recommend APD based on the experience I’ve had with them so far. They have been incredibly responsive, making change after change to plans without batting an eye. They have been friendly, quick to respond to emails and phone calls, glad to take the lead on working with the city and community partners, and very thoughtful of our programmatic needs with regard to their design work. They’ve helped us work through what we need and made recommendations that would enhance the lives of our veterans.

Finally, much of the work we’ve done together has been in a group setting with our Board of Directors, many of whom have strong ideas and suggestions. But regardless of that challenge, APD was happy to incorporate their ideas and didn’t seem phased by the spirited discussions. Doug Levey has been our lead architect and I’ve obviously enjoyed working with him.

In 2016 we had APD design our 15,000 square foot bakery addition. We could not have asked for more. This is a very professional company and everything was done in a timely fashion. The entire team made us feel comfortable. They had ideas on how we could improve on our plans to make things more efficient and saved us money at the same time.

We recently needed a last-minute document drawn up for a town meeting and Todd was able to get it done in a day. I would highly recommend APD to anyone needing their services.

APD has managed the ALDI prototype program since 2008 including the ALDI Prototype drawings, Specifications, and Civil Design Guidelines. They’ve been able to communicate prototype drawings, specifications and design requirement updates to regional architects across the country, maintaining consistency throughout the ALDI building program. Throughout this time, they’ve led and assisted with countless research and prototype development initiatives. APD’s skill at project management ensures a high degree of coordination with government entitlements, neighborhood groups, utility companies, and contractors, which is part of the reason why our projects get completed cost effectively and efficiently.
