Running this Department is Alicia Cologgi, a powerhouse at, who oversees the department with near-military precision, ensuring our client’s projects are permitted quickly. APD has submitted projects for permitting from CA to FL to ME and nearly every state in between. Our Permitting department stays on top of local submittal requirements, completes all applications, completes a full QA/QC for accuracy before submittal, and responds to plan review department questions. Having worked in jurisdictions throughout the United States, APD is familiar with various code issues and municipal requirements.
