Adam Noga

, AIA, NCARB

Principal of Architecture

“At the end of the day, everything we do goes back to relationships and communication. That is the key to success.”

From a young age, Adam was exposed firsthand to the A/E industry. Today, he has over 12 years of personal experience in multi-site commercial retail and Prototype design. He has quickly advanced his way to Principal of Architecture at APD, where he now oversees the Prototype for a large national retail client. Adam has worked on and helped open many other QSR and retail projects throughout the US.

For Adam, he loves what he does because every day is different from the last. As a Principal, Adam favors being able to observe and mentor his team’s growth. Specifically, he believes that he should take what he has been taught and give it back to his team members so that they can exceed him in the future.

Outside of work, Adam enjoys traveling, snowboarding, and spending time with his family. He is also an avid Bills fan.

Favorite Project

Adam’s favorite project is managing the ALDI Prototype. This process is unique from a typical project in that it is never complete but a living, breathing document. Adam consistently synthesizes feedback from the client, vendors, and design team to put together a package to assist the client in meeting their corporate goals. Its success is a result of years of partnerships, innovation, and refinement.
