Growing up, Marissa was constantly on job sites with her dad. She fell in love with the design process, organizational methods, and critical thinking required for successful designs. Being able to create or improve someone’s environment drives her every day. Marissa values working with a supportive team that motivates and collaborates with each other, allowing her to gain invaluable experience on the job, where she has access to many professionals in the field.

Outside work, Marissa enjoys spending time with her friends, traveling, working on home improvements, and caring for her wide range of house plants and her Sulcata Tortoise.

Bachelor of Architecture with a minor in Environmental Design, University at Buffalo

Favorite Project

Marissa’s favorite project that she has worked on has been a bank/office remodel where she could work closely with her clients to achieve their desired standards and needs to have a comfortable workspace.
