Maureen Wilson

Assistant Permit Coordinator

“Permitting Authority by day, Mom by night!”

Maureen combines her passion for architecture with her permitting expertise at APD Engineering & Architecture. Previously, she owned a business specializing in securing permits for cell towers, allowing her to blend her love for architecture with hands-on experience in telecommunications.

At APD, Maureen enjoys collaborating with her manager, Alicia, and the Permitting Department team to obtain Building and Food Service Permits, helping clients like ALDI, Jack In the Box, Zaxby’s, Taco Bell, Dunkin, and United Rentals begin their construction projects.

Outside of work, Maureen is a proud mother of four, enjoys time with her large extended family, and loves photography.

Favorite Project

Maureen’s favorite project has been the Taco Bell located in the Village of Lansing. She was able to establish a good rapport with the Code Enforcement Office, which allowed for the review to be sped up from 2-3 weeks to three business days. This allowed our client to get the demo started on the project timeline.
