We’re excited to share that ALDI USA has officially opened its doors in a unique 6th-floor space within a newly constructed high-rise building located in downtown Miami! This mixed-use building integrates retail, residential, dining, and parking, making it a vibrant addition to the city’s skyline.

This project, which began in 2018, required extensive coordination across multiple disciplines. We worked closely with the developer, Swerdlow Group, and a third-party permitting team to bring this one-of-a-kind concept to life.
