APD Engineering & Architecture, PLLC and ALDI USA once again teamed to open a new, state-of-the-art store in Troy, OH. This ground-up building was precision designed by the APD Engineering & Architecture team, who handled all Architectural, MEP, and Structural design services. The construction documents (CDs) for this project were brought to life using Revit, leveraging the cutting-edge 3D BIM Prototype developed by APD, exclusively for ALDI USA. A shoutout goes to the incredible General Contractor, @Dalo Construction, Inc. Our partnership with them spans years, and they’ve played an essential role in making this project a reality. Also, to Adam Noga, NCARB, LEED Green Associate for his continued leadership with ALDI USA projects.
