Today’s Project Manager Spotlight is John Lynch! With over eight years at APD Engineering & Architecture, PLLC, John has been involved with more than 50 projects in Florida alone between the Royal Palm Beach and Haines City Division. One of his most recent projects is the new ALDI USA in West Delray Beach, FL.

This ground-up project was based on our V7.0 ER prototype and incorporated specific exterior finishes, colors, and a left-hand entry with a rear dock. However, this project differed greatly from our prototype design in that it had a reversed sloping roof to face the primary public view and a specific update of parapet walls and cornice features added on the North and East elevations in compliance with the jurisdiction.
