A 3000 SF photography studio.

A freestanding photography studio designed for an existing historic estate. The studio was sited and designed to enhance aspects to and from the existing historic dwelling, as well as accommodate technical requirements for soil percolation, well water availability, and access from the road and house. Aesthetically, the studio was designed to blend a modern aesthetic while also evoking traditional agricultural accessory structures in the area.
