As one of the founding business partners, APD has maintained a long-term relationship with Walmart. We have been a consulting partner for the design of more than 100 Walmart and Sam’s Club projects in the Northeast, Southeast, and Southcentral United States.
Walmart relies on APD to provide full-service land development, including due diligence, entitlements, site development, civil engineering, environmental impact statements, transportation design, and planning/zoning representation. Projects range from Special Projects, Remodels, Expansions, and new build (both Walmart Supercenters and Sam’s Club). APD also provided 3rd party oversight on a number of Walmart projects being designed, approved, and built by 3rd party Developers.
APD’s Corporate Philosophy exemplifies Walmart’s goal of providing quality at a low cost, and as such Walmart has used APD’s services throughout a large section of the country.
