This site consisted of an existing ALDI store that was renovated to become leasable space for a future tenant. The existing facility was reduced from 15,000 SF+/- to approximately 10,000 SF to accommodate the new ground-up store on the same site. ALDI then constructed a new 20,000 SF ground-up prototype store. APD’s design group provided full service building development, including architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering for both facilities on this site.
