This ground-up build showcases a strategic modification of the standard prototype footprint, driven by Franchisee input to maximize operational efficiency. To meet local jurisdictional requirements and better align with the surrounding architecture, the exterior was customized with non-prototypical materials, including a durable and visually appealing thin brick façade.
This project is a strong example of our ability to adapt national brand standards to fit site-specific needs while maintaining performance, efficiency, and visual cohesion.
