APD Engineering & Architecture, PLLC is proud to have completed another Valvoline Inc. project—this time in Groves, TX! Our Civil, Architectural, and MEP teams worked together to bring this two-bay facility to life while planning for a future third-bay expansion.
Interesting fact about this location: the site elevation is only 5 feet above sea level, and given its proximity to the ocean, it was designed to withstand hurricane winds.
